A gastronomic experience that blends learning, warmth, and flavor in a sophisticated yet welcoming setting. The workshop is designed for those who want to get their hands dirty, learn by doing, and enjoy cooking in a relaxed, pleasurable way.

The program includes a hands-on class led by Chef Erick Domenico, who reveals the secrets of a special dish in each edition, from choosing the ingredients to the techniques that make all the difference in the result. Every edition features a different recipe. So far, we’ve had artisanal burgers, esfiha, carbonara, and risotto, with the Chef always explaining the small details that separate a good dish from a memorable one.

More than a class, it’s an invitation to enjoy a complete sensory experience: learn, experiment, and, at the end, savor the dish you prepared yourself.
